The District Executive Committee met on August 24, 2024 and officially voted on the contests to be held for the 2024-2025 Contest Season.
The contests being held are Table Topics, Evaluation and International Speech Contest.
Per the Toastmasters International 2024-2025 Speech Contest Rulebook
“Each contestant must be physically present to compete beyond the club level. Participation by audio, video, or other remote technology is not permitted beyond the club level.“
Clubs may hold their contests any time before their Area Contest.
All Area Contests will be held In-Person between January 15th and March 14th.
All Division Contests will be held In-Person between March 15th and April 15th.
The District Contests will be held In-Person at the Annual Conference in May.

DIVISION CONTESTS
In Divisions with four or fewer Areas, Areas are entitled to send two contestants to the Division contest. This must be publicly announced by August 1 of each program year and is covered in our District Procedures.
AREA CONTESTS
Eight (8) weeks prior to the Area contest, if an Area has four (4) assigned clubs or fewer in good standing, clubs are entitled to send two contestants to the Area contest. This must be publicly announced by August 1 of each program year and is covered in our District Procedures.
