Kenny Davin, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), has been developing his communication and leadership skills through Toastmasters since 2009. What began as a personal goal to build confidence and stand out as a college student evolved into a deep passion for effective communication and a lifelong commitment to growth — both personal and professional.
Kenny uses his voice to lead and influence across various platforms — not only through what he says, but through how he shows up, supports others, and cultivates growth in those around him. Over the years, he has spoken in both professional and community settings and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including some within the Toastmasters organization.
Outside of Toastmasters, Kenny brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He remains committed to service, development, and helping others realize their full potential.
Frankie has been a Toastmaster since 2013, when she joined Miami Gardens Toastmasters Club. She served as an Area Director in 2023, and Division Director in 2024. She served as a Club Coach for Sunrise Toastmasters in 2022 and has participated in several Youth Leadership Programs.
She is currently a member of two Clubs, Miami Gardens Toastmasters and Miami Lakes Toastmasters.
Berina Elaine Darbouze is a proud Miami, Florida native. She is a former Juvenile Probation Officer and currently works as a Business Process Analyst in the healthcare industry, where she focuses on driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Psychology.
Berina joined North Miami Beach Toastmasters Club, in 2023 to enhance her public speaking and leadership skills. She is currently serving as Club President, she has served in multiple officer roles, including Vice President Membership (VPM) and Vice President Public Relations (VPPR).
Outside of her professional and Toastmasters commitments, Berina enjoys a rich personal life. She is married and the proud mother of one adult son. In her spare time, she finds joy in attending church, dancing, playing tennis, reading, writing, watching films, and spending meaningful time with her family
