Distinguished Toastmaster, Jeanine Kinsey has been a member of Toastmasters since August 2006. She has served in several club officer roles and district roles since then including District Treasurer, Conference Chair, District Webmaster, Division Governor, Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Lieutenant Governor Education & Training and Distinguished District Director. She has earned two DTMs in the traditional path and is now working on her first Pathways DTM. She was a co-founder of her current club, Outspoken Toastmasters in 2010 and currently serves as the VP Education.
She is President of an IT Consulting Company, web designer, consultant and speaker and enjoys sharing her stories of living “Blind Sighted” with her audiences.
She has been married to Matt Kinsey for 35 years, has 2 adult children Brandon and Erin, and 2 grandchildren; Michael and Ayden. She is also very active in her church and in the Boy Scouts and enjoys hiking, camping, cycling and reading in her spare time.

Conference Co-Chair

Eleasha Knowles, DTM is a visionary leader whose creativity, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication shine through in every endeavor. Passionate about member engagement and growth, Eleasha is elated to serve as Vice President Membership of her beloved home club, Healing Communicators Toastmasters Club 7178, for the 2025–2026 term, following an outstanding year as Vice President Public Relations. She also served District 47 as Club Retention Co-Chair for 2024–2025 and is honored to take on the role of Conference Co-Chair for 2025–2026.
Her Toastmasters journey is rich with meaningful service, having also held roles as Secretary, Area 61 Director, and Sergeant at Arms. Notable milestones include coordinating the Youth Leadership Program at the Ranfurly Homes for Children, coaching the Luminaries Toastmasters Club, and being crowned District 47’s Evaluation Speech Contest Champion in 2021.
Eleasha’s excellence has been recognized with numerous accolades, including Division F’s Most Valuable Member, Most Outstanding Area Director, the Club’s Shooting Star Award, and Toastmaster of the Year. Through every role and project, she leads with authenticity, integrity, and love. Eleasha is always striving to leave a lasting, positive impact on every life she touches.

Area 23 Director

He has been an active Toastmaster since 2011, joining this phenomenal organization with the goal of enhancing his speaking and leadership skills. Over the past fourteen years, he has embraced numerous leadership opportunities across various clubs, most notably serving as President of the Plantation Club a few years ago. As of June 2025, he continues to contribute to the club’s success as its Vice President of Education.
While he remains a dedicated member of the Plantation Club, he is eager to explore other clubs to expand his experience and network within Toastmasters. Looking ahead, his journey includes continuing to serve Toastmasters in any capacity, with the ultimate goal of achieving the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation.
Professionally, he works in Customer Service and aims to leverage Toastmasters to propel his career forward by refining his communication, leadership, and personal development skills.

Area 43 Director

Dr. Jacqueline A. Kovacs, DTM has been a member of Toastmasters since 2006 and earned her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation in 2016. Throughout her Toastmasters journey, she has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Education, and Secretary. At the district level, she has served as Area 11 Director for Division A – District 47, a club coach, and a speaker for the installation of a new business club. She currently serves as the Vice President of Education for Gold Coast Toastmasters.
Jacqueline holds a Doctorate in Theology, a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Executive Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Liberty University. She considers herself a lifelong learner.
Professionally, Jacqueline has enjoyed a successful career in operations management, human services, and supervisory roles across federal, state, and private organizations. She currently serves as an adjunct professor and a board member at a Christian college. She is also a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team and is now dedicating her life to branching out as an aspiring author and mental health advocate.
Outside of Toastmasters, Jacqueline finds joy in serving at her church and volunteering in women’s prison ministries. She also enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and traveling.
