Distinguished Toastmaster Price Polynice,

is a three-time Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). He has been a member of Toastmasters International for 15 years and is a member of two clubs. He has dedicated himself to developing his leadership skills; he served in all club-level officer roles and various district-level roles, including being a Select Distinguished District Director.

A veteran of the United States Navy. He holds a Master in Business Management (MBA) and an Executive Certificate in Project Management. He completed his undergraduate studies in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Networking
He is passionate about serving others, sharing knowledge, uplifting others, and making a positive impact.

Andrea Pratt-Smith is an award-winning project management consultant, leadership trainer, and international speaker with over 20 years of experience helping leaders and teams move from constant motion to meaningful results. She is the CEO of Creative Minds Project Development & Consultation, Founder of The Bahamas Agile & Project Management Community (BAPMC), and the first licensed Professional Kanban Trainer in the Caribbean.

A dedicated Toastmaster and the 2025 Toastmasters District 47 Most Valuable Member, Andrea is a former Area Director and Club President who currently serves as Co-Chair of the 2027 Toastmasters District 47 Annual Conference. She has facilitated several Toastmasters Leadership Institute workshops and served as a presenter at the 2025 and 2026 District 47 Annual Conferences. Passionate about leadership development, she enjoys mentoring emerging leaders and creating engaging learning experiences that help members strengthen their communication, confidence, and leadership skills.

Guided by her philosophy that life is a project, Andrea transforms complex ideas into practical, real-world strategies that empower people to lead with purpose, cultivate lifelong curiosity, and create meaningful global impact.

My mission this year is to help members Envision a thriving experience where clubs are true sanctuaries for growth. As a Social Sciences Educator and experienced club executive, I know that true leadership means moving from managing tasks to Empowering emerging leaders through intentional mentorship. My vision for our Area is to monitor the signal of success, helping members amplify their volume through dynamic storytelling. By Exemplifying our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Excellence in every club visit, we will tune in and deliver the greatest high definition broadcast this District has ever seen.
