I chosen to. Serve this year to make a difference, to maintain and grow the clubs in my area.
I am a product of the program. I first joined toastmasters because I had a panic attack from having to speaking Infront of my peers in college. Since then, I have overcome my fear and competed in speech competitions. Being a part of the organization, I have had the pleasure of seeing many persons be transformed like I have. It is my wish to help aid the area’s clubs so that more people can reap the benefits that toastmasters have to offer. My vision is to help clubs create stronger clubs that can attract persons to join the organization.
I was asked by 2 close friends to support the Division during this transition. I accepted the challenge. I’m ready to assist D47 to work w Area Directors to ensure we meet the needs of members, work thru Pathways & assure Toastmasters International that we honor & respect the opportunity to utilize their programs to improve communication skills and develop leadership skills.
