Moises Worthalter is a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate professional, and dedicated Toastmaster with nearly three decades of experience in leadership, business development, and public speaking. Originally from Colombia and now based in South Florida, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University. In addition to serving as a Broker Associate with Compass, Moises has founded and led multiple successful ventures, including companies in real estate and healthcare, where he built strong teams and scalable operations. He remains actively involved in the Realtors Association and regularly volunteers with organizations like Rebuilding Together Broward to support community housing initiatives.
As the former Vice President of Public Relations for Toast of Las Olas, Moises led strategic communication efforts that strengthened member engagement and broadened the club’s local visibility. Now, as Area Director, he is committed to fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence across the clubs in his Area. Moises believes in the power of mentorship, inclusive leadership, and clear communication as tools for personal and organizational transformation. His goal is to help every member discover their voice and build the confidence to lead—both inside and outside of Toastmasters.

Beginning his career in 2009, Michael is not just a financial expert with over a decade of experience—he is a passionate advocate for his clients and his community. Managing approximately $300 million in client assets, he chairs the firm’s Company Retirement Plan division and is renowned for his expertise in charitable planning. Michael believes that wealth management is not just about numbers; it’s about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. His commitment to philanthropy drives him to create tailored strategies that empower individuals and organizations to realize their personal dreams and charitable visions.
Michael’s educational journey includes a master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University. His professional trajectory reflects a blend of academic rigor and practical experience, having served as a co-instructor for undergraduate and graduate-level classes at Texas Tech. As Chair of the Board of Directors of the Coral Gables Community Foundation, he has transformed the organization’s impact, elevating annual giving from $900,000 to $5.5 million.
An accomplished communicator and lifelong learner, Michael is also actively involved in Toastmasters International. He co-founded a Toastmasters chapter at Texas Tech University in 2014, fostering leadership and public speaking skills among students and faculty alike. Continuing his commitment to personal and professional development, he joined the Miracle Mile Toastmasters chapter in 2024, where he remains an engaged and enthusiastic member.
