Andrea Pratt-Smith is a passionate leader and mentor committed to empowering others through communication and service. She served as President of E.T. Communicators Toastmasters Club #1050379 for the 2024–2025 term, where she led with a focus on member growth, collaboration, and excellence. In recognition of her impact, she was honored with the Most Valuable Member Award at the District 47 Conference in 2025.
Andrea has over 20 years of leadership and public speaking experience and is known for her dynamic presence and commitment to continuous learning. She is an international speaker, a certified Youth Practitioner, and an active contributor to community and professional development initiatives across The Bahamas.
Her leadership style is rooted in service, and she believes in creating supportive spaces where individuals can find their voice, grow in confidence, and lead with purpose.
