Call for Nominations
Application Deadline
January 15th, 2025!
It’s that time again… time for nominations for District Office. Under the guidance of Immediate Past District Director, Lois Margolin, DTM, the District Leadership Committee is tasked with nominating individuals for the positions of:
- District Director
- Program Quality Director
- Club Growth Director
- Division Directors
As of 2016, the District Leadership Committee is also tasked with reviewing applications for the following positions:
- Public Relations Manager
- Finance Manager
- Administration Manager
- Area Directors and Other Appointed Positions
The District Leadership Committee will provide feedback and recommendations to the incoming District Director, upon election, for all appointed District positions. Appointment is at the sole discretion of the incoming District Director.
- The deadline for candidates to apply for elected positions is January 15, 2025.
- All Members must declare their intent to run by January 15, 2025.
- Eligible floor candidates shall declare their intent to run in writing to the DLC Chair after the DLC report has been published and at least one (1) week prior to the annual District Council meeting.
An eligible candidate is a candidate that meets the qualifications outlined in the District Administrative Bylaws Article VII (d) and has been evaluated by the District Leadership Committee for the specific role. Only eligible candidates may run for roles that are listed as complete on a valid District Leadership Committee report.
Candidates must complete all the following forms and submit them by email to IPDD Margolin at dlc@toastmastersd47.org no later than January 15, 2025.

Individuals interested in being considered for Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Area Director, or other appointed positions may submit applications until February 28th, 2025.
