Anthony Richiez has been a Toastmaster since 1996 where he joined MINY Toastmasters in New York City; where he is a native of. After moving to Florida with his wife and three children in the summer of 2001 he re-joined Toastmasters and became the President of Crossroads Toastmasters in Plantation FL; serving from 2004 -2005. Anthony was also the founder and Past President of FCC Toastmasters; a club that started in early 2009.
Professionally, Anthony is a full time Business Professor at Florida Career College in Pembroke Pines He enjoys teaching his students new skills and experiencing the world of business. During his more than 20 years of working in the business world Anthony has had the opportunity to work for a number of fortune 500 companies. Prior to September 11, 2001 he worked on the 73 floor of the World Trade Center while employed at Morgan Stanley. He has Masters degree in Business Administration and has various post graduate certifications.
As a lifelong martial artist, Anthony teaches Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan his other students on the weekends. He is an Assistant Scoutmaster with his son’s Boy Scout troop and enjoys teaching young kids about the outdoors. As an Area Governor, Anthony plans to use at that he has learned in Toastmasters and in his past personal experiences to inspire, teach, and help people reach their goals and live their dreams.
