TM Foster joined Toastmasters International Club 3956 in 2001 and is proud of his eight years of experience in the program where he has grown tremendously. He is a charter member and former president of Toastmasters club 3956, ‘Destined for Success’. He not only led his club to Distinguished Club status during his Presidency, but has served as Treasurer, VP of Membership and Assistant AG for Education and Training.

TM Foster has also achieved success as one of a handful of toastmasters to specialize in the area of ‘Impromptu Speaking’, having captured winning status in 2002 and 2003 at the Division Level and Second Place both times at the District Level (47). TM Foster has also achieved numerous awards and accolades for his expertise, eloquence and skills as a public speaker.

TM Foster has also served many speaking organizations as an organizer, trainer and judge. His current activities include working with individuals and organizations to provide training courses in etiquette, image, leadership and communication.

TM Foster aspires to work with the District as an AG, DG and eventually District Governor. TM Foster hopes to be known one day as a renowned motivational speaker, author and theologian. He ascribes to the philosophy that we are all ‘Destined for Success’, however only those that believe will inevitably achieve, and ‘only those that have been there can take you there’.
