The Division B Governor is David Jess, ACB, CL. Dave has been an active Toastmaster since 1999. He has served previously as LGET Division D, Area Governor, Club President, Club Treasurer, VP Education, VP Membership. and VP Public Relations. He is a member of the Great Fort Lauderdale Toastmasters Club, Toast of Las Olas, and Broward Advanced Toastmasters Club. His home club is Toast of Las Olas, which used to be called Happy Hour.
Born and raised in Taiwan. Pursuing the “Big Moon” dream, she came to the US to further her education in 1990. Graduated with M.S. in Computer Science from Utah State University. Relocated to Florida in 1995. Joined Toastmaster International since 2001. Married to her wonderful husband Jerry Chang in May 2002 and gave born to a son, Abraham Chang in Dec. 2003. She received Advanced Communicator Silver award in 2007. She served as an Area 20 Governor in July 2007 – June 2008. She is serving as the Assistant Division Governor Education & Training in Division B.
