Division E
Division Governor Rick Zoehfeld, DTM PDF Print E-mail
I have been a Toastmaster since June 2005. It is hard to believe that three years have gone by. My Icebreaker was July 13th '05 and there has been no looking back since. As the President of Daybreak 5754 this year, and the presiding Area 24 Governor, much has been learned. More importantly, I have met a lot of great fellow Toastmasters. As the in-coming Division E Governor I look forward to a challenging and rewarding term '08-'09.

I moved from New Hampshire after accepting an assignment as an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineering Manager for a Miami based company. My background is Radar/Sonar for the Navy. Most memorable project was the creation of the WLR-9B Passive Sonar System used in the Trident Class Nuclear Subs.

I am a Parking Enforcement Specialist with the North Miami Beach Police Department which sees me patrol Sunday's on a 10-12 hour shift. Yes, I write a lot of Citations! I am the Chairperson for City of NMB Commission on Aging planning bus trips, luncheons and activities for area Seniors. I just became the Miami-Dade Chapter Director for the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC). I served on a Border Muster at the Rio Grande River in Mission, Texas this past April.
