Joseph Miller, ACB, a Toastmaster since 2005, is the VP Membership/Mentoring of the Donoghue-Dunedin Toastmasters Club and is its President-Elect for 2008-09. He also is a Sponsoring Member and Secretary/Treasurer of the Cox Target Media Toastmasters Club, and a Charter Member and Sergeant-at-Arms of the Pros Like Us Toastmasters Club.

On July 1st, Joseph will also begin a one-year term as the new Toastmasters Area 74 Governor. Joseph is employed as a proofreader in the graphics department of Valpak direct marketing company, but also serves in volunteer capacities with Pinellas Habitat for Humanity and the AIDS Partnership Inc.
