Educated and experienced in several disciplines: HVAC, facilities management and Florida real estate. Currently work for Bay Pines VAMC, projects department and as a residential Realtor. Was married for 7 years, currently single enjoying Florida’s weather, beautiful scenic views and lifestyle. Joined Palm Harbor Toastmasters club 8248 in 2003, at the behest of our company’s H/R Director. Seems she (a former toastmaster herself) thought I looked a bit too uncomfortable presenting facility project information to groups, and I was.

As club member served in several leadership positions including president, achieving Presidents Distinguished Club.

As Area governor: Sponsored Brookmasters, achieved Distinguished Area. My goal is to reach Distinguished Toastmaster before 2009 is complete.
