CLUB INCENTIVES
The Perfect Season 7/1/2024 – 4/15/2025 – Perfect Season represents a clean sweep. Clubs will earn this prestigious award by having seven club officers trained in both Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) or Club Officer training, the President and VPE attend the September District Council meeting, the club trio (President, VPE, and VPM) attend two Area or Division Council meetings, three Base Camp Managers trained on Pathways at TLI training or by the District’s Pathways Team, a member who earns a Triple Crown award, a member who completes a Youth Leadership Program or Speechcraft, and at least twenty paid members or base membership +3 (April dues).
In addition, clubs must earn the Smedley or Talk up Toastmasters award, conduct one Moment of Truth evaluation, send a contestant to all Area-level contests, and achieve 10 goals in the Distinguished Club Program. A form will be provided for submission and verification purposes.
Each club will receive district recognition, a $50 Toastmasters International (TI) gift certificate, and 6 Membership Pins (Item # 5753 or 5757).
Slam Dunk Success 7/1/2024 – 4/15/2025. Slam Dunk Success represents success with authority. Clubs that earn 5 DCP goals by December 31, 2024, and have three Triple Crown recipients, ten members with roles at the area or division contests, two certified judges, and four officers trained during the Summer and Winter TLIs will receive district recognition and a $25 TI gift certificate.
Calling Your Shot 7/1/2024 – 10/31/24. Calling Your Shot represents pointing to and predicting success. The first 20 clubs to complete the Club Success Plan and the Moment of Truth (MOT) evaluation will receive this award. Club Success Plan: Clubs must provide a photograph of at least four officers signing the Club Success Plan and a copy of the Club Success Plan with a favorite quote or lesson learned during the completion. Moments of Truth: Clubs must provide a meeting agenda, MOT handout, or survey. Each club will receive district recognition and a Guest Book (Item # 84)
All Hands In 7/1/2024 – 4/15/2025. All Hands In represents club officers who are prepared and ready to lead their clubs. Clubs with seven officers trained in both the Summer and Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) or Club Officer Trainings will receive district recognition, and an Event Balloon pack (10 Pack) (Item # 6934).
Grand Slam Award 7/1/2024 – 4/15/2025. Grand Slam represents a home run with all bases loaded. Clubs that have twenty members or 3+ membership base on April 15, 2025, will receive district recognition, and a Chat Pack: Stories (Item # 1336).
D47 Top 25 Pathways Education Achievers 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025 The Top 25 clubs with the highest number of completed levels, documented by the Education Achievement Report will receive district recognition and a $25 TI gift certificate.
Game Winning Drive 5/1/2025 – 6/30/2025. Game Winning Drive represents the last effort push to succeed. Clubs that begin May 2025 with 0-3 DCP Points and finish the program year with Distinguished or better status will receive district recognition and a Pathways Achievement Chart (Item # 822)
MEMBER INCENTIVES
The Triple Crown Hat Trick 7/1/2024 – 3/31/2025. The Hat Trick in sports represents 3 scores in a game. Members who achieve three triple crowns (nine levels), documented by the Triple Crown Report on March 31, 2025, will receive district recognition and a Toastmasters International T-Shirt (Item # 7113)
Triple Crown 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025. Members who complete three Pathways levels during the program year documented by the Education awards list will receive district recognition, and a Triple Crown pin (Item # 5913).
Pathways Most Valuable Achiever 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025. The member in the district who completes the most levels during the program year. A form will be provided for the member Vice-President Education to complete. The member will receive an all-purpose plaque Item # 1980).
