- Administration Manager: The keeper of records and official frequency log. The Crew: 1
- Finance Manager: Ensures the district has the power (budget) to broadcast its vision. The Crew: 1
- Logistics Manager: Manages the physical and digital assets required for all transmissions. The Crew: 1
- Parliamentarian: Ensures all meetings stay on frequency according to Robert’s Rules and District Bylaws. The Crew: 1
- Advisors (District Leadership Committee): Past leaders who provide the steady signal of experience to the current team. The Crew: 2-3 Advisors
- Recognition Co-Chairs: They boost the volume on member achievements, ensuring every milestone and award is broadcast loud and clear across the district to inspire others. The Crew: 2-3 Co-Chairs
- Youth Leadership Program (YLP) Co-Chairs: They help the next generation find their voice and tune into leadership skills, ensuring our frequency continues to reach and empower the broadcasters of tomorrow. The Crew: 2-3 Co-Chairs
- Webmaster & Website Curators: Maintaining our digital stamp. We envision a user-friendly hub where every member can find their frequency. The Crew: 1 Webmaster, 2-3 Curators
- Tech Manager & Gurus: They empower the Trio and Divisions by troubleshooting Zoom and digital tools, ensuring the signal never drops during a storm. The Crew: 1 Manager, 8 Gurus (One per Division)

- TLI (Toastmasters Leadership Institute) Co Chairs: Trains club officers to ensure they are Tuned In to their responsibilities. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- Pathways Co Chairs: The Signal Booster for the educational program, helping members navigate their learning journeys. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Ambassadors (One per Division)
- DTM Co Chairs: Recognizes those who have reached the Highest Frequency of achievement. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs
- Contests Co Chairs: Manages the competitive “Broadcasts” (Speech Contests) from Area to District level. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- Conference Co Chair: The Executive Producer of the annual District Conference. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Division Committee Co-Chairs (One per Division)
📈 The Club Growth (CGD) Team
- Club Extension Co Chairs: Identifies new Markets (communities and corporations) to start new clubs. Ensuring our signal reaches every corner of South Florida and the 700+ islands of The Bahamas through demonstration meetings. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- Club Retention Co Chairs: Monitors Signal Strength in existing clubs and provides support to those with fading membership. When a club’s signal is fading (low membership), these experts will appoint Club Coaches to step in to boost the transmission and get them back to full power. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, Club Coaches
- Member Engagement Co Chairs: Empowering every member to stay Tuned In and active in their Toastmasters journey. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- Corporate Lead Liaisons: The envision new partnerships with top-tier firms, showing them how D47 exemplifies leadership. The Crew: 2-3 Chairs
📱 The Public Relations (PRM) Team: The Media Mavens
- Social Media Mavens: Managing the Digital Current. They keep our feed as bright as a Florida sunrise and as refreshing as a Bahamian breeze. The Crew: 1-2 Leads, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- The Sunshiner Deputy Editor & Roving Journalists: Reporting for our flagship publication, The Sunshiner. Our Roving Journalists are Island Reporters, empowering members by sharing stories of success from every club. The Crew: 1 Deputy, 3-5 Journalists
- Roving Journalists: Our Remote Field Reporters. They operate our mobile units, traveling across the District to capture live dispatches from every club. By reporting from the heart of the action, they ensure that the unique signal of every member is amplified in our flagship publication.
- Photographer/Videographer Pool: Capturing the Visual Frequency. From the Everglades to the beaches of Exuma, they document how we exemplify the Toastmasters brand. The Crew: 2-3 District Photographers, 3-4 Creatives
- Graphic Artist & AV Technical: Designing the look and sound of Vision D47: Tune In, ensuring our visual signal is crisp, professional, and bold. The Crew: 1 Lead, 8 Assistants (One per Division)
- Brand Harmonizers (Club VPPR Support): They ensure every club’s marketing (logo and branding) follows the official guidelines so the District looks professional. The Crew: 1 Chief Monitor, 2 Brand Assistants
