Roxanne joined Toastmasters at the start of a Global Pandemic as her training ground toward realizing her dream of being a professional keynote speaker on both live stages and the virtual platform.
She has held office at the club level every year since her first year as a toastmaster until serving as an Area Director for Area 33 in Division C last year. She enjoyed it so much, she came back for more.
Roxanne takes pride in her heritage which roots spread far and wide to parts including Scotland, Portugal, India and the Ivory Coast culminating in the West Indies. She is a proud mother of a remarkable young man with a family of his own, a grandmother of three.
She continues on her journey of realizing her vision of being a professional speaker, trainer, storyteller, and online-learning content creator.

Distinguished Toastmaster, Jeanine Kinsey has been a member of Toastmasters since August 2006. She has served in several club officer roles and district roles since then including District Treasurer, Conference Chair, District Webmaster, Division Governor, Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Lieutenant Governor Education & Training and Distinguished District Director. She has earned two DTMs in the traditional path and is now working on her first Pathways DTM. She was a co-founder of her current club, Outspoken Toastmasters in 2010 and currently serves as the VP Education.
She is President of an IT Consulting Company, web designer, consultant and speaker and enjoys sharing her stories of living “Blind Sighted” with her audiences.
She has been married to Matt Kinsey for 35 years, has 2 adult children Brandon and Erin, and 2 grandchildren; Michael and Ayden. She is also very active in her church and in the Boy Scouts and enjoys hiking, camping, cycling and reading in her spare time.

Andrea Robinson is an award-winning journalist and media relations consultant with more than three decades of experience.
Andrea joined Toastmasters International in 2010 and immediately embraced the organization’s concepts and purpose. She achieved her Distinguished Toastmaster designation in 2020.
Andrea has served in District 47 as Division A Director, Area 10 Director, and as Public Relations Manager in 2023-2024. She is the VPE of Universal Advanced Toastmasters.

Jeannie Cintrón is a marketing and education powerhouse. Since moving from Puerto Rico in 2018, she has excelled in Plantation Toastmasters, holding roles from President, VP of Education, VP Membership and Secretary.
Jeannie is a social media expert with over 20 years of experience in promotions, advertising, and marketing. For the past 15 years, she’s also been involved in higher education, constantly refining her creative skills. Whether crafting brochures or designing marketing pieces, Jeannie brings her unique touch to every project. Toastmasters has helped her grow personally and professionally. Recently, she launched her Digital Marketing Agency, BizEdge Marketing, a venture that lets her unleash her creativity and help small businesses succeed. Outside of work, Jeannie loves to travel. She eagerly plans her next trip, researching and learning about new destinations. She embodies the spirit of an adventurer, always looking to explore new horizons. Her journey is a testament to her dedication to growth, creativity, and helping others. She is an inspiring blend of professional excellence, a love for life, and a commitment to making a difference.

Maria Bartosh joined Toastmasters to become a powerful speaker. With her ambitions set on writing a book and becoming a keynote speaker in the future, she recognizes that one can move people with words. Following her heart’s calling about a decade ago, she became a self-taught photographer. Working under a creative name of Francesca Bliss, she empowers women through photography, showing them how beautiful and powerful they are. She also creates personal branding photography and makes video content for small business owners. She places high emphasis on continuous growth and education, expressing oneself creatively, and making this world a better place by being the best versions of ourselves.

Romina joined Toastmasters in March 2019 at The Toastmasters Club at FAU. Within three months of meeting the confreres at this rockstar club, she eagerly became the VP of Education and helped her club reach President’s Distinguished first in all of District 47. The next year, she became the Area 30 Director in Division C. She led the area to Select Distinguished status during the tumultuous first year of the coronavirus pandemic. Not to be outdone, she then served on Past District Director (PDD) Austen Canonica’s Public Relations (PR) team as the District 47 Webmaster from ’22-’23. Her most recent contribution has been coordinating social media content for the Division C ’23’-’24 PR team, under Kay Stagray’s excellent leadership.
Expanding upon the ideals of any true “Toastie”, Toastmaster Gotzmann aims to enhance her leadership and mentorship skills to be as articulate, compassionate, and passably funny as possible. A career in both environmental and computer science drives her personal quest to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges with STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)-geared solutions.

Jacquelle E. Sconiers is a native South Floridian and member of Toastmasters 305 Speaks. She earned her BA in Business Management and Marketing, and an MPA in Public Administration from Florida International University, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D at Nova Southeastern in Educational Leadership.
Ms. Sconiers serves in many capacities as a professional educator with alternative student populations of Miami Dade for over 24 years. Positively impacting the lives of youth in detention settings, this has lauded her the 2009 District Teacher of the Year for the MDCPS district. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. where she serves in several leadership capacities of both organizations, and is the Chairman of the W.I.S.H Foundation, Inc. In her spare time she cuddles her furbaby Nightwing and operates 93 Degrees LLC, her event rental company.

John Schneyer, DTM, has been a Toastmaster for 14 years. John has completed 27 Competent
Communication Manuals, 14 Competent Leadership Manuals, 12 Advanced Communication Manuals,
and been awarded Distinguished Toastmaster twice. John was the Area Governor of the year in 2010-
2011.
John is a quality improvement manager focusing on continuous improvement in his professional life and
in Toastmasters. John starts an engagement by asking, “What do you want to accomplish?”
John has been the District 47 lead photographer for several years. He has had his work published and
has won awards. John likes to get up at 4:30am to take pictures well before the sun rises.
Having recently moved from Boca Raton to Port St. Lucie, John is looking to join a Toastmasters club that
meets in person and to find new venues for his photography.

Arlene Preudhomme has been a member of Toastmasters International since July 2018. She currently a member of two Toastmasters clubs.
At the District level, she has served as Finance Manager and Web Editor. At the Division level, she has served as Assistant Program Quality Director and Club Coach. At the Club level, she has served as Club Treasurer (once), Club President (once) and Club VPE (three times). She is currently serving as Club President for the second time.
She is an Accountant and CPA by trade. She has a young-adult daughter who is also a member of her home club, and 2 two young-adult sons.
