“I joined Toastmasters to build my confidence and develop my communication and leadership skills. Throughout my journey, I have experienced tremendous personal and professional growth, and the organization has transformed me in ways I never imagined.
Serving as Area 21 Director is an opportunity for me to give back to the organization that has invested so much in my development. I am committed to continuing my own growth while supporting clubs and empowering members to achieve their goals.
My vision for Area 21 is to help every member and club tune in and discover that their potential is boundless. By fostering collaboration, encouragement, and continuous learning, I hope to inspire others to become confident communicators and effective leaders.”

Born and raised in Jamaica, I brought my drive and spirit to the US at 30, embarking on a dynamic career journey that now spans 20 years in technology. Beyond tech, my diverse background includes valuable experience in sales, management, recruitment, and human resources, complemented by various entrepreneurial ventures.
My personal commitment to excellence has always guided me, leading to numerous leadership roles where I’ve been fortunate to be described as an inspirational leader by my peers. A devoted father to my 14-year-old daughter, I’m deeply family-oriented and passionate about bringing people together and inspiring them to become their best selves. Giving back and actively building my community is core to my sense of identity.
