DISTRICT 47 INCENTIVES
CLUB INCENTIVES
Tropical Triumph 7/1/2025 – 2/28/2026 – Clubs will earn this prestigious award by having seven club officers trained in both Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) or Club Officer Training, the President and/or VPE attend the September District Council meeting, at least one of the club trio (President, VPE, and VPM) attends Area Council meetings, three members who earned a Triple Crown award, a member who completes a Youth Leadership Program or Speechcraft, and at least twenty five paid members.
In addition, clubs must earn the Smedley or Talk up Toastmasters award, submit the Club Success Plan, conduct one Moment of Truth evaluation, send a contestant to all Area-level contests, and achieve 10 goals in the Distinguished Club Program. Must use the incentives form provided for submission and verification purposes.
Each club will receive district recognition, a $50 Toastmasters International (TI) gift certificate, and set of Officer Pins (Item #5801Z ), and Club President Award (Item#: 1990).
Coral Crest 7/1/2024 – 4/15/2026 – Clubs that earn 5 DCP goals by December 31, 2025, and have one Triple Crown recipients, eight members with roles at the area or division contests (includes contestants), two members attend judges or functionaries training, and four officers trained during the Summer and Winter TLIs. Must use the incentives form provided for submission and verification purposes. Each club will receive district recognition and a $25 TI gift certificate, and Club Ribbon Pack (Item #: 393RP).
Hibiscus Honor 7/1/2025 – 9/30/25 – The first 25 clubs to complete the Club Success Plan and the Moment of Truth (MOT) evaluation will receive this award. Must use the incentives form provided for submission and verification purposes. Club Success Plan: Verified by submission report. Moments of Truth: Clubs must provide a meeting agenda, MOT handout, or survey. Each club will receive district recognition, a customized virtual backdrop and a Guest Book (Item # 84).
Tropic Trailblazers Award 7/1/2025 – 4/15/2026 – Club officers who are prepared and ready to lead their clubs with seven officers trained in both the Summer and Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) or Club Officer Trainings. Each club will receive district recognition, and (7) Where Leaders Are Made Pins (Item # 387).
Palm Pathfinders Award 7/1/2025 – 4/15/2026 – The Top 50 clubs with the highest number of completed levels, documented by the Education Achievement Report. Each club will receive district recognition and a Pathways Achievement Chart (Item # 822).
Coconut Confidence Award 5/1/2026 – 6/30/2026 – Coconut Confidence represents the drive to push to succeed. Clubs that begin May 2026 with 0-3 DCP Points and finish the program year with Distinguished or better status. Each club will receive district recognition and a $25 TI gift certificate.
MEMBER INCENTIVES
Triple Crown 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026 – Members who complete three Pathways levels during the program year documented by the Education report. Each member will receive district recognition, and a Triple Crown pin at the Hall of Fame (Item # 5913).
Golden Pineapples 7/1/2025 – 3/31/2026 – The Golden Pineapples are members who achieve two- triple crowns (six levels), documented by the Triple Crown Report on March 31, 2026. Each member will receive district recognition and a Junior Padfolio (Item # 6932).
Summit Seeker Award 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026 – The member in the district who completes the most levels during the program year. A form will be provided for the member’s Vice President Education to complete. The member will receive district recognition, an all-purpose plaque (Item # 1980), and Laptop Backpack (Item#: 6930).
Distinguished Toastmaster Award 7/1/2025 – 4/15/2026 – Members who achieve the Distinguished Toastmasters designation as confirmed by the Education report. Each member will receive district recognition, participate in the DTM parade at conference, and receive a DTM Medallion with Neck Ribbon (Item #: 5798).
DTM SpeedMentoring Presenters – October 2025 and January 2026 – Distinguished Toastmasters who are selected and present at the DTM Speedmentoring sessions will be receive district recognition, and receive Document Briefcase (Item#: 6833).
