Member Engagement
Island Tag Teamer – Members who visit a club (online or virtually) with less than 17 members to participate as a Timer, Ah Counter, or Grammarian or any other role at the club meeting will receive District recognition. Top 10 members will receive a $15 TI gift certificate.
Top Tiki Recruiters – Top 7 Members in the District who recruit/sponsor the most members by 6/30/26 will receive District recognition and the Outstanding Member Pin. Item #1115C
Coastal Coach – Members who successfully coach a struggling club to become Distinguished by 6/30/26 will receive District recognition and a stainless-steel mug.

Smedley Award – 8/1-9/30 2025
Clubs that add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members will earn the Smedley ribbon and a 10% expiring discount to the Toastmasters International store.. Provided by Toastmasters International
Talk up Toastmasters Award 2/1-3/31 2026 Clubs that add 5 new, dual or reinstated members will earn the Talk up Toastmasters Ribbon and a 10% expiring discount to the Toastmasters store. Provided by Toastmasters International
Beat the Clock 5/1/2026-6/30/2026
Clubs that add 5 new, dual or reinstated members will earn the Beat the Clock Ribbon and a 10% expiring discount to the Toastmasters International store. Provided by Toastmasters International.
Tropic Talk – Clubs that conduct a Speechcraft between Jan 1 and March 31 and add three new members within 4 weeks will receive District Recognition and 10 membership pins. Item #5758
Pirates of Persuasion – Clubs that hold an open house during the membership building periods, and add 3 new members w/in 4 weeks between 8/1- 9/30, or 2/1-3/31 or 5/1-6/30/26 (eligible only for 1 award) $25 gift certificate to the TI shop
Top 21 Island Influencers – Top 3 Clubs from each Division to have the highest positive net membership growth after 3/31 renewal period, will receive District recognition and a Club Ribbon Pack item #393RP
Eloquent 8 – Clubs that add 8 members by 12/31/2025 (new, reinstated or dual) will receive District recognition and a Welcome to Toastmasters ribbon pack item #393W
Firehouse Finish – Top 3 clubs that were 12 and under on 10/1 and show largest membership growth by 3/31/26 will receive District recognition and 10 membership pins item # 5758
Unsung Melody – Clubs with membership of 13 or lower that add 7 or more new members in November and December 2025 will receive District recognition and a Guest Book. Item #84

Tropical Bloomers – Clubs with 20 members who renew for a full year by 12/31/25 will receive District recognition and each member will receive a Special Zoom background.
Coach Crusaders – Members who successfully coach a club to reach both 25 members and distinguished status by 6/30 will receive District recognition and a document briefcase item # 6833 (only 1 coaching award per person)

Chartering Delight – Clubs that charter between July 1 2025 and June 30 2026 , will receive this award (guest book item #84)
Winning Sponsor Award – Members who successfully sponsor a club by 6/30/26 will receive District recognition and a document briefcase Item #6833

Treasure Hunter – A member who provides a corporate or community lead that results in a demonstration meeting will receive District recognition and a Toastmasters keyring item #5997
