Empower Emerging Members: Clubs that conduct a Speechcraft between Jan 1 and March 31 and add three new members within 4 weeks (must generate attendance via Speechcraft portal) will receive Member Welcome Kit Item #1167 and Promotional Welcome Ribbons Item #393W
Envision Your House: Clubs that hold an open house during the membership-building periods – August 1 to September 30, February 1 to March 31, or May 1 to June 30 – and add 3 new members within 4 weeks of the event will receive Toastmasters Guest Book Item #84 and “The Benefits of Toastmasters Membership” Item #354
Exemplify Growth – 7/1/2026 – 12/31/2026: Clubs that add 8 new, dual, or reinstated members will receive Chat Pack: My Favorite Things Item #1337
Envision Strength– 10/1/2026 – 3/31/2027: Top three clubs that were under 12 members on 10/1 and show largest membership growth will receive Membership Building Kit Item #1160 and Word of the Day Pack Item #1415
Empower Acceleration – 11/1/2026 – 3/31/2027: Clubs with membership of 13 or lower that add 7 or more new members between November 1 and March 31 will receive District recognition and a Table Talk Pack Item #1318
Exemplify Extension- 7/1/2026 – 6/30/2027: A member who provides a
Corporate or Community lead that results in a Demonstration Meeting will receive “A Handbook for Building and Sustaining Vibrant Toastmasters Programs in Corporations.” Item #B79
Empower Extension – 7/1/2026 – 6/30/2027: Members who successfully sponsor or mentor new clubs will receive will receive District recognition and “Where Leaders Are Made” Pin Item #5758

- Envision Success – 10/1/2026 – 12/31/2026: Clubs that renew 20 members for one full year (to September 2027) by December 31, 2026, will receive District recognition, District Zoom background, and 2-in-1 Vision Board Item #6984
- Bonus incentive for Clubs that renew 25 members for one full year by December 31, 2026: District recognition, customized Zoom background displaying Club Name, and “And I’m Like” Game Item #6966
- Empower Coaches: Members who successfully coach a club to Distinguished by 6/30/2027 will receive an “Outstanding Member” pin Item #1115C
