Brandon Kinsey, DTM
Parliamentarian

Brandon Kinsey joined Toastmasters for a single month in 2007 before his work schedule changed. But let’s be honest, who really wants to attend a meeting at 7AM on Fridays? He came back in 2010 as a charter member of Outspoken Toastmasters, who meets at a much more reasonable time of Noon, where he still remains active to this day. He has served with District 47 for many years, at various times serving as District Webmaster, District Sound Engineer, Area Director, and District Pathways Chair. He earned his DTM in 2018.
When he’s not at Toastmasters he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, helping to mentor the next generation in leadership and service. He earned his Eagle Scout in 2004, and encourages the youth he mentors to do the same.
To support his Toastmasters and Boy Scout hobbies, Brandon is the Support Manager for IT Fusion. He earned his Bachelor’s in IT Business Management from Western Governor’s University in 2016. He now spends his days solving problems and looking for solutions, and occasionally asking clients to “turn it off and back on again.”
He currently serves as the District Parliamentarian where he helps educate and promote the use of Robert’s Rules.

As a member of Toastmasters, she has held various club officers’ roles in her home club Police Dynamic Enforcers. She held the office of Area Director for Area 63 2021-2022.
Since joining the Toastmaster’s program in 2005, Ms. King stated that it was always a learning experience. However, in 2015 she acquired a newfound commitment. It was not simply a means to develop her oral communication, BUT she found the program tremendously enhanced her leadership skills.
Her mantra is that – failure is a pathway to success.
