Distinguished Toastmaster, Jeanine Kinsey has been a member of Toastmasters since August 2006. She has served in several club officer roles and district roles since then including District Treasurer, Conference Chair, District Webmaster, Division Governor, Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Lieutenant Governor Education & Training and Distinguished District Director. She has earned two DTMs in the traditional path and is now working on her first Pathways DTM. She was a co-founder of her current club, Outspoken Toastmasters in 2010 and currently serves as the VP Education.
She is President of an IT Consulting Company, web designer, consultant and speaker and enjoys sharing her stories of living “Blind Sighted” with her audiences.
She has been married to Matt Kinsey for 35 years, has 2 adult children Brandon and Erin, and 2 grandchildren; Michael and Ayden. She is also very active in her church and in the Boy Scouts and enjoys hiking, camping, cycling and reading in her spare time.
Matt Kinsey, DTM, PIP, has been a member of Toastmasters since November, 2003. He has served in every club officer role, except treasurer. In 2012-2013, Matt served as District Governor for District 47. Matt went on to to serve as an International Director from 2016-2018, and was then elected to the Executive Committee. In 2022-2023, he served as the International President of Toastmasters. He has earned multiple DTM awards.
Professionally, Matt is the Chief Information Security Officer for IT Fusion, an IT and Cybersecurity consulting company located in Broward County, Florida, USA. He and his wife Jeanine have been married for 35 years and have 2 children, and 2 grandchildren. He has been a volunteer with Scouting USA for 30 years. For the last 3 years he has served on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Coral Springs.
Eleasha is a visionary who brings immense creativity, resourcefulness and enthusiasm to all her pursuits. She currently serves District 47 as Club Retention Co-Chair and her home Club Healing Communicators Toastmasters Club 7178 as Vice President Public Relations. She has served in various leadership roles in Toastmasters, most recently serving as Secretary of her home Club and District 47’s Area 61 Director.
Some of her favorite memories and experiences in the Toastmasters program include serving as Sergeant at Arms of Club 7178, coordinating the Youth Leadership Program at the Ranfurly Homes for Children, serving as a Club Coach for Luminaries Toastmasters Club and becoming District 47’s Evaluation Speech Contest Champion in April 2021. She has earned numerous awards in the program including Division F’s Most Valuable Member Award, the Club’s Shooting Star Award and Toastmaster of the Year. She strives to serve her communities with authenticity and love to leave a resounding impact on everyone she engages. Eleasha embodies dedication, integrity and excellence.

Stan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Trend AT, a $150 million manufacturer and marketer of foodservice disposable packaging and publishing. Comprised of a global network of manufacturing plants, Trend AT is a leader in service, quality, and innovation. Prior to this assignment, Stan has served as Vice President of Foodservice Chains at Pactiv Evergreen with over $1.2 billion under his direct leadership. His previous roles included Commercial Director for Emerging Chains & Convenience Stores as well as roles with Nestle for 12 years and Cargill for 6 years. He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a scholarship athlete in Lacrosse. He later went on to earn his MBA from Florida International University. Stan is currently a board member for Toastmasters International and has served on 2 other boards with IFMA Supply Chain and locally with Boca Jets Lacrosse. He resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife, Allison and 2 daughters Syd & Liv.
